Gripping. Heartwarming. Fantastical. When Antonia enters a manic episode on the train, she is forced to take a journey through time, memory, and spaces both real and imagined.
Inspired by the lived experience of writer and performer Bianca Yeung, BiPolar Express brings together an exciting team of emerging dance and theatre artists to create a show that reflects the blurred edges and spontaneous dynamisms unleashed by a brain gone rogue.
A playful combination of text and dance, the show oscillates between Antonia's inner and outer worlds: transporting her and the audience between heightened and muted states. Where words fail, movement fills the gaps, with a motley crew of characters dancing their way through Antonia’s subconscious.

"An extraordinary voyage through inner landscapes, both terrifying and revelatory "
